My Christmas Tree

Because of the limited space, I opt not to use my old 5 ft. Christmas Tree,  and decided to create my own design. I use 1 meter chicken wire, pinaroll ko na yung buong 1 meter, sayang kasi pag ika-cut pa.  Then, i cover it with Xmas garlands.  May nabilan akong murang Christmas balls  and decors sa Sangandaan. Just put a little imagination, and you can make a good craft from trash.

After putting all the balls and other decors, this is the result of my own design Xmas tree....

finished product.......

when the light is on....

See,  it's so cute and i think decorating a home with beautiful holiday decors does not have to be expensive.

Lechetin De Fruta

So, they dropped by sa haus para magpaturo. And here is my special gelatine.....

Looks yummy di ba?  I want to share to you my recipe...

Ingredients:

2 cans of condensed milk
1 Nestle all purpose cream
1 small can of  fruit cocktail
1 can of Cream Style Corn
1/2 kg. Sugar
Gulaman powder
2 drops of vanilla extract
food color (egg yellow)

 Procedure:

1.  Measure 3 liters of water, it can be increased up to 1.2 liters but I opt for one cause I want a firmer texture.
2.  Add 1-1/2 pack of  gelatin powder gradually with constant stirring.  Stir gently until homogenous.  Bring the mixture to a near boil.

3.  Add the condensed milk, all purpose cream, a dash of food color(egg yellow), 1/2 kg sugar (or puedeng dagdagan, depende sa panlasa.  Stir until it simmers and when it is already thick add the vanilla extract.

4.  Nilagyan ko muna ng cream style corn yung plastic container, parang coating lang, before I pour the mixture.

5.  Then pour the mixture and allow them to cool.

6.  Habang pinapalamig, i drain yung fruit cocktail.  Set aside yung juice... You can use also, peaches and cherries...depending on you.

Lastly, to coat the fruits on top, I mix the remaining gulaman powder with 3/4 liter of water, the fruit cocktail juice and about 1/4 kg. of sugar.  Stir until it simmers, when it is already thick pour the mixture on top of your gelatine.

see..... it's so easy....

Chezka and her groupmates enjoyed doing it.

God talked to me...

Earlier while browsing the internet... a simple wall paper caught my attention...

I was so stunned...I don't know why...but my tears began to fall.  I'll admit I felt that everything is falling apart... I have my sleepless nights... my problem  was so big that I felt I am drowning... I don't know when will these end... hope so soon.... I can't focus...parang bibigay na ko.  My family  don't know what I am going through... I don't want them to experience my dilemna.  Pero parang di ko na kaya.  Kahit masaya ang paligid I can't feel it... As much as possible I don't want to show to them that I'm in distress.  Ayokong pati sila manghina.  I'm their strength... I know it is God who is talking to me... Assuring me that no matter how big my problems are.... my God is still bigger than all of the problems of this world.  Nothing is impossible with Him... Thank you Lord... it ease my pain... I know all of these will end soon.... I know after these, I'll be a better and stronger person.
